SPAVIA DAY SPA MAPLE GROVE, MINNESOTA Licensed Esthetician -- Part-Time
Advanced Practice preferred W-2 position Steady flow of new Guests
Spavia Maple Grove is hiring part-time Licensed Estheticians -- and we are looking for a specific kind of person. Our Guests come to us for results. Most of what we perform is an advanced or upgraded treatment, which means better pay, stronger gratuities, and real skin-health relationships instead of one-off appointments.
If you are the kind of esthetician who reads up on ingredients on your day off, who wants to keep learning new modalities, and who gets genuinely excited when someone's skin turns a corner -- we want to talk to you. We are looking for team players who want to grow, not someone looking to quietly run out the clock.
W-2 position -- we handle marketing, scheduling, and supplies so you can focus on treatments
Advanced Practice Estheticians preferred; we will hire a Basic Esthetician who is the right fit and wants to learn
More than facials -- body wraps, scrubs, and sunless treatments, which pay at the very top of our range
Steady flow of new Guests -- we are among the top Spavia locations nationally for new Guest volume
Paid in-house training on advanced modalities, including microcurrent and dermaflash
Membership model means returning Guests and long-term skin-health relationships
Treatment Pay$51 - $71 per treatment, including average gratuity and bonuses
Where you land in that range depends on your experience, your license level, and the services you are certified to perform. Advanced treatments and body treatments pay at the top of the range -- and most of what we perform is advanced or upgraded.
The range already includes:- Average Guest gratuity
- Returning Guest Bonus and Peak Shift Bonus -- together worth roughly $2-$4 more per treatment
- Enhancements: $2.50-$12 per add-on -- Body Boosts, Skincare Boosts, and Boost Pro services like lash & brow tint and microcurrent
- Waxing and makeup services: 30% commission
- Retail: commission on product sales, with approachable goals -- not pressure
A typical shift is 5-6 hours -- four or five treatments with a 10-minute turnover between Guests
That works out to roughly $205-$355 per shift, before enhancements and retail
Most of our part-time estheticians work two or three shifts per week
Weekend and evening availability preferred -- that is when our Guests are here
Part-time is a real path to full-time when you are ready -- full-time estheticians at 30 hours per week earn $65K-$75K annually and are eligible for PTO and 401(k) with 3% Match
Honest Talk About Building Your Guest BaseBuilding a full schedule takes time. We won't tell you otherwise. Our strongest estheticians got there through consistency and an exceptional Guest experience delivered treatment after treatment not overnight, and not by luck.

Where we have room to grow is conversion turning those first visits into Guests who come back. The Guests are walking through the door. We need specialists who will take it from there.
