Now hiring for part‑time home care CNAs to grow our caregiving team. Provide a higher standard of care to clients in their homes. Day hours available; all lengths of shifts between 8 am-4 pm daily.
Join Our Compassionate Caregiving Team at Bright Star Care of Maple Grove & Andover. Pay range: $20-22 per hour (varies based on certifications, overall and in‑home care experience).
Service areas include (must be willing to drive):
Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Fridley, Andover and surrounding communities.

- Drive to client homes
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and transferring
- Monitor vital signs and support assessments under RN supervision
- Report client condition changes
- Follow individualized care plans, help with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well‑being
- Current in‑state (MN) CNA certification (preferred) and a minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings
- HHA (no CNA) requires a minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings (must provide previous training certificates when available)
- Valid driver’s license (permits not accepted); current auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Geriatric experience and Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience preferred
- Able to travel within our covering territories
- Empathy for client needs
- Heart‑felt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude
