Role: Patient Care Technician - PRN - Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT)

Other notes: DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD) is a new service line bringing DaVita resources to SNFs. Role requires autonomy and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Provide ongoing, comprehensive patient care to ensure dialysis treatments stay on track in collaboration with dialysis RNs.
• Work in a clinical, on-site setting at SNFs and support additional sites as needed based on business needs.
• Maintain patient observations, record vital stats, set up hemodialysis machines, and monitor patient status before, during, and after dialysis.
• Support operational needs across market sites, including scheduling and coverage on Monday through Saturday as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CCHT Certification
• Physical and mental ability to work long shifts (12+ hours) on your feet; ability to wear comfortable shoes
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Word and Outlook

• Training, teaching, or healthcare education background
