Twin Cities Orthopedics, an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), is seeking a Care Coordinator to support the clinic and physician care team with administrative and patient care services. This full-time role is based at our Plymouth location, working Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.
Responsibilities include coordinating physician schedules, scheduling patient appointments, handling referrals, maintaining records, and communicating with patients and providers.
