Patient Coordinator

This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner; checking-in patients; reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures; entering new patient information into the computer; answering the telephone; directing calls to appropriate personnel; scheduling appointments; enter in patient recalls. This position is based in Maple Grove, however may travel to the other locations (Wayzata, Golden Valley, Minnetonka and St.

Anthony). Starting pay is $/hour.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• One year minimum experience in customer service.
• Experience in a medical practice is preferable.
