Health Partners is seeking a Home Medical Equipment Sleep Clinician to support the Sleep Care Services team. You will educate patients on CPAP and related home medical equipment, and collaborate with the Sleep Center and Pulmonary/Sleep Clinic to optimize patient therapy.
You’ll assist with equipment delivery, maintain documentation for billing, and may lead projects while traveling to CPAP locations as needed. The role requires strong patient communication and clinical mentorship.
