Description
Guest Service Representative - Fishing Resort
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and fishing activities
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate reservations for accommodations, fishing trips, and other activities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all guest documentation is accurate
- Collaborate with other resort staff to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Handle billing, payments, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Promote resort services and special packages to enhance guest engagement
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Knowledge of fishing and outdoor activities is a plus
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
