Guest Service Representative - Fishing Resort

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and fishing activities
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate reservations for accommodations, fishing trips, and other activities
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all guest documentation is accurate
• Collaborate with other resort staff to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Handle billing, payments, and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Promote resort services and special packages to enhance guest engagement

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
• Knowledge of fishing and outdoor activities is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
