Recruiter, Talent Manager

Overview

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and medical device assembly, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Maple Grove, MN. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting staffing and recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota 55369 (Hybrid Schedule - 3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $24.95/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract (Temp to Hire)

• Provide high-volume recruiting and sourcing efforts for Medical Assembler roles, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume management tools to efficiently screen, track, and hire candidates.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines for manufacturing and medical device assembly positions, including community outreach, referrals, and event-based recruiting.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' work experience, education, training, technical skills, and competencies, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate job offers in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining competitiveness, internal equity, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Present at onsite job fairs bi-weekly, managing logistics including candidate flow, interviewing, decision-making, and coordination with hiring managers to meet staffing demands.

• High-volume recruiting experience, particularly with indirect labor roles.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or direct labor recruiting is preferred.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
