Contract Recruiter-Manufacturing

Are you a recruiter who understands manufacturing and knows where to find top talent? We are seeking an experienced Contract Manufacturing Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for an established manufacturing organization in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis.

This position also requires a recruiter with a proven track record of filling both contract and contract-to-hire positions within manufacturing environments. Candidates must have experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing skilled manufacturing professionals and technical talent.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Develop and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Engineers (Design, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality, Electrical)
• Quality Inspectors
• Quality Technicians
• Maintenance Technicians
• Shipping & Receiving Personnel
• Production and Operations Professionals
• Skilled Manufacturing and Technical Talent

• Proven experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated success filling contract and contract-to-hire positions
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
• Expert sourcing skills with Linked In Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Ability to identify and attract passive candidates
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders

• Manufacturing recruiting experience is required
• Experience recruiting technical and manufacturing talent is required
• Direct, Contract and contract-to-hire recruiting experience is required
• Must be able to work onsite in the northwest suburbs of Minneapolis
