, is seeking a Project Specialist to support a high-visibility, multi-year Growth Mindset cultural transformation initiative within Human Resources. This role will be fully onsite in Maple Grove, MN and will partner closely with an internal Project Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
The Project Specialist will help coordinate work streams, support governance and reporting, and ensure momentum across activation, scaling, and reinforcement phases of the program. This role plays a key part in embedding growth mindset principles into leadership behaviors, employee habits, systems, and organizational processes.
Job PurposeResponsible for implementing and supporting project management processes, maintaining project performance metrics, and promoting the adoption of standard project management practices. This role supports project planning, project initiation, status reporting, post-project reviews, and the use of project management and collaboration tools.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze current systems and procedures to identify opportunities for process enhancement and integration
- Manage one to two process improvement or integration projects simultaneously
- Own project deliverables including project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation of requirements
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on a broad range of project management and analysis initiatives
- Support project planning sessions and post-project reviews, providing practical guidance to improve project performance
- Consolidate project updates into program-level and senior leadership reports
- Drive process and requirements definition to support the selection and use of project management technologies
- Support project teams in the effective use of Microsoft Office Suite and selected collaboration tools
- Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all applicable quality requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience
, or MBA with 1–3 years of experience - Minimum 3 years of Project Coordinator or Project Specialist experience
- PMP certification not required
, but a plus - Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
