• Full Driving License &Accesstoavehicleisessential.
• 2+years’experience in
  
  ITsupport(firstandsecond-line).
• Degree(Associate/Bachelor’s) inIT,Computer Science,orrelatedfield,or equivalent.
• Strongtroubleshootingskillsacross Windows,MacOS,and Linux.
• Familiaritywithendpointmanagementtools(e.g.,Intune,JAMF).
• Knowledge of
  
  ITSMtools,ideally

• Exposuretoidentitysystemslike
  
  Azure
  
  ADor Google Workspace .
• Excellentcommunicationskills—abletoexplaintechnicalissuessimply.
