Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Prompt Engineer to join our AI and Machine Learning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts to improve the performance and reliability of large language models (LLMs) across a variety of enterprise use cases. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver high-quality AI-driven solutions.

• Design, develop, and refine prompts to optimize the performance of large language models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science to understand requirements and deliver prompt-based solutions.
• Conduct prompt evaluations and A/B testing to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Document prompt engineering strategies, best practices, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in prompt engineering, LLMs, and generative AI.
• Develop reusable prompt templates and frameworks for common enterprise use cases.
• Analyze model outputs and iterate on prompt designs to improve accuracy, relevance, and safety.
• Support the integration of prompt-based solutions into production systems and workflows.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience working with large language models such as GPT, Claude, or similar.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and effective prompts for a variety of tasks and domains.
• Familiarity with prompt evaluation methods and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries is a plus.
