Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst 2 to support our enterprise data management efforts. This role is focused on creating, maintaining, and improving product master data within an SAP ERP environment, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders and respond to data-related requests to support operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product master data in the SAP ERP system.
• Execute data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of master data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data and business processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to data governance and standard operating procedures.
• Respond to ad-hoc data extraction, collection, and preparation requests.
• Build and maintain data models that support performance analysis and reporting.
• Analyze performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Address routine issues independently and escalate complex problems as needed.

• Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) in managing or handling master data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with business and data stakeholders.
• Familiarity with business technology concepts and data management practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.
• Background in one or more of the following areas:
• Master Data Analysis with manual data creation/maintenance
• Customer Service roles handling high volumes of accurate sales orders
• Supply Chain Analysis involving MRP value management for large material sets

• No formal certifications required; relevant data management or SAP-related certifications are a plus.
