We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator with strong expertise in MS SQL Server (70%), along with working knowledge of Oracle (20%) and Postgre

SQL (10%). The role is responsible for database installation, configuration, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, automation, and production support across enterprise environments.

• Install, configure, upgrade, and manage SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) on Windows, Linux, and Azure (Azure SQL DB, MI, SQL VM).
• Implement and maintain High Availability & DR solutions (Always On AG, FCI, mirroring, log shipping).
• Monitor and optimize performance using DMVs, Query Store, Extended Events; tune queries and indexes.
• Design and manage backup/recovery strategies, RTO/RPO compliance, and DR testing.
• Automate administrative tasks using T‑SQL, Power Shell, and SQL Agent.
• Manage SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS environments.
• Conduct capacity planning, baseline analysis, and system health monitoring.

• Perform patching, minor upgrades, and performance monitoring.
• Support application teams and assist in Oracle-to‑SQL Server migrations.
• Deploy and maintain Postgre
  
  SQL (v12+), including replication and HA.
• Perform backup/recovery and performance tuning.
• Manage security, roles, and database migrations.
