Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a SAP Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a SAP Consultant, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: SAP Consultant

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Engagement: 100% Onsite

• Conduct detailed evaluation, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SAP environments to support business functions and processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technical leads to ensure project plans are accurate and detailed.
• Develop and implement custom applications and customize third-party off-the-shelf applications as needed.
• Work independently on complex development tasks with limited oversight, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain positive communication and collaboration across all organizational levels, including employees, vendors, and clients.

• Participation in multiple full SAP implementations, with experience across ECC and S4 modules such as OTC, PTP, SCM, RTR, etc.
• Proficiency with SAP applications including S4, ECC, GTS, SCM, and APO, along with development technologies like ABAP, Fiori, CDS, and BADI.
• Experience with SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, Business Application Studio, and Eclipse.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration techniques including IDOCs, RFCs, and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
