About this position:
The Application Administrator I is an application design and configuration resource for vendor‑purchased and NMHC‑developed applications. Acts as liaison with designated department super‑users, application vendors, education and support staff regarding application upgrades, service requests, and optimization. The role focuses on one primary area of expertise—customer access, revenue cycle, clinical, ancillary department, or administrative/corporate applications. It functions as an application team member, often taking direction from the IT Application Administrator Lead or IT Project Manager.
The Application Administrator I works closely with IT Resource Educators and Customer Support staff to maintain and support the application system environment.
Must live in Minnesota or Wisconsin to be eligible for this role.
ResponsibilitiesAct as liaison with designated department super‑users, application vendors, education and support staff regarding application upgrades, service requests, and optimization.
Requirements- Education:
Required certification/associate degree or 3 years of related application use with business or health‑care work experience. Prefer bachelor’s degree in information technology, health‑care, or related field. - Experience:
Required 1–3 years of professional working experience in EPIC. Demonstrated analytical critical‑thinking skills for process improvement or problem resolution. Knowledge of customer‑service methodology and accountability. Demonstrated interest in learning new technologies and applications. Demonstrated self‑motivation and willingness to take on additional responsibilities. - Licensure/Certification:
Maintained professional/clinical competence, certification and/or licensure as applicable. Preferred:
Experience with Epic Cadence, Prelude & Referrals. Additional experience with Epic Welcome a plus.
Location & Eligibility:
Must live in Minnesota or Wisconsin. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary Range: N18 ($29.14 – $43.72) per hour, based on experience.
Shift Differential:
Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
