** Business Technology Analyst**, where you'll play a key role in supporting the ARES platform and helping business partners across WCIB Operations streamline processes, onboard new use cases, and adopt technology solutions that drive operational excellence.
** What You'll Do
** As a Business Technology Analyst, you'll serve as a key liaison between business partners and technology teams, helping transform complex operational processes into efficient, scalable solutions.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead onboarding efforts for new users, business processes, and use cases within the ARES platform.
* Analyze current-state business processes and translate them into future-state workflows and system requirements.
* Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), readiness activities, issue resolution, and production implementation efforts.
* Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations that enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Partner with internal WCIB Operations teams to gather requirements, answer questions, provide guidance, and support platform adoption.
* Build trust and influence stakeholders through organizational and process changes, even when working without direct authority.
* Support platform enhancements, production troubleshooting, onboarding initiatives, and other strategic business technology projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of business solutions.

****** Basic Qualifications
**** Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
* Five or more years of direct experience (with project lead responsibilities), or eight or more years of related experience
*** Preferred Skills/Experience
**** Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes through process mapping and workflow design.
* Knowledge of Visio, Lucidchart, or comparable process-mapping tools.
* Experience coordinating testing efforts, UAT activities, and implementation readiness.
* Strong understanding of how business processes translate into data flows, operational requirements, and system functionality.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across multiple teams.
