Position: Senior PMO(HVAC )

Onward Tech is seeking senior-level PMO professionals to lead and drive critical project and program implementations. This role requires individuals with a strong engineering background who have transitioned into program/project leadership and can independently run complex initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project and program execution across multiple initiatives
Act as the primary point of contact for project delivery and stakeholder alignment
Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution with full ownership
Manage multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Facilitate client and internal stakeholder communication, including leadership updates
Collaborate closely with engineering teams on technical project execution
Ensure adherence to PMO governance, reporting, and documentation standards

Required Qualifications:

7–12+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or PMO roles
Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Proven ability to lead complex project implementations independently
Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent certification
Experience in thermal systems, industrial equipment, or process engineering preferred
Background as a senior engineer transitioning into PMO/program leadership
Experience in multi-project / portfolio management environments
Ownership mindset – ability to “run point” on projects independently
Strong execution and delivery focus
Stakeholder management and influence
Problem-solving and risk mitigation
Structured and process-driven approach
