Position Summary

Key Responsibilities- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
- Operate forklifts safely in accordance with Company standards and guidelines.
- Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, and other business partners.
- Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manage inventory flow, maintain proper paperwork and logs.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, guiding them, resolving concerns, and promoting company products and services.
- Maintain facility safety: conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe conditions.
- Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation: zone the area, stock, rotate merchandise, remove damaged goods, set up displays, and ensure promotional and seasonal merchandise is prominently displayed.
- Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled: assist with picking and staging, audit accuracy, and communicate with merchandising associates.
- Handle inventory operations: move and display goods safely, track inventory levels, control shrinkage, and report poor practices.
- Operate and maintain forklifts; report unsafe conditions or forklift malfunctions to management.
- Provide technology assistance: identify customers needing help, engage them, assist with technology services, model usage, and address shrink opportunities.
- Minimum 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
