• Perform basic cleaning of all common areas, including restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, and telephones.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and use floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums as required.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Provide additional duties as required, such as attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related cleanup work.

• Minimum of 1 year experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Willingness to work assigned hours.
• Ability to perform physical demands: bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
