Project Manager – Underground Utility Construction
Location:Houston, TX
Schedule:8 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure timely approvals
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with field teams and stakeholders
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Monitor project budgets, change orders, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Assist with procurement, material tracking, and workforce planning
Requirements:
- 2+ years of project management experience in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, gas, telecom, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and contract administration
- Proficiency in project management software (CMIC, Primavera P6, etc)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
