Job PurposeThe Branch Manager is the leader of branch operations, overseeing daily activities to generate positive revenue, maintain high customer service standards, develop employees, and achieve productivity excellence. In this role you will think strategically, take initiative, lead a diverse team, manage profit and loss, grow a customer portfolio, balance fleet inventory for maximum profitability, set the highest safety standards, and foster continuous learning across the branch.
WhatYou Will Do
- Grow revenue for the branch and district
- Meet or exceed the business plan for the branch
- Answer and resolve customer questions
- Manage your team effectively and efficiently
- Implement safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan
- Manage fleet inventory and mix to maximize revenue and profit
- Manage profit and loss reporting and operational reviews
- Generate, process, analyze, and review daily business reports
- Support all team members
- Conduct branch audits and inventory reviews
- Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards
- High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
- 5-7 years of related experience
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive revenue growth
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Proficiency in inputting information into computer systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to safely drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment
- Physical stamina to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors when required
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player, experience with high-performance teams
- Ability to travel as needed

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 salary + quarterly profit share + vehicle
