Dick's Sporting Goods - - Responsibilities:
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experiences while building athlete relationships to drive retention.;
Lead athlete experience by coaching teammates and driving loyalty programs and services.;
Act as Head Coach in building, including opening and closing procedures, Front End and Cash Office functions, teammate supervision.;
Develop effective schedules for direct reports and assign workload to maximize efficiencies.;
Hire, onboard, train, and retain appropriate number of direct reports; conduct performance reviews and ensure policy compliance.
