The E&C Project Manager Senior/Staff role demands technical mastery, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver results that directly impact business performance. You’ll lead the safe and efficient execution of mega-scale power infrastructure projects including gas turbines, gas reciprocating engines, combined heat and power (CHP), Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) with a relentless focus on safety, efficiency, and profitability.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll drive strategic decisions for large-scale projects, balancing technical complexity with business objectives. You’ll lead coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction partners, resolving high‑stakes challenges and mitigating risks before they escal You’ll prepare executive‑level updates that influence organizational priorities and ensure projects meet reliability, safety, and profitability targets. Your expertise shapes solutions that power the future of clean energy.
