Background with program/project management experience. Minimum 5 years of experience Bachelor of Science

This project manager will manage the execution of projects and programs in accordance with organization’s program management methodology. Develop, prioritize and submit project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects. Define project resources, milestones, and lead teams to execute goals. Take ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program.

Located within the Global Regulatory Services team, the project manager will be responsible for:

• Lead complex and/or critical programs, including Extended Producer Responsibility
• Establish/Review/Own the program charter, determining key characteristics of the program and working with sponsors to get this charter approved
• Monitor progress and performance of program against initial plan
• Re-evaluate and steer program based on status and program targets
• Select and manage relationships across businesses and project teams
• Identify and resolve program problems and minimize delays
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of individuals assigned to support the program to ensure milestones are completed on time, within budget and according to expectations
• Leading the team towards developing a set of procedures to ensure sustainability of project results
• Lead meetings, develop slides and present to senior leaders on program status
