This is a highly visible role with influence across the organization and direct exposure to business unit leadership and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the field of peripheral intervention.

This role is based in our Maple Grove, MN office.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategy & Portfolio Growth
    • Lead global strategy for vascular closure & complex catheter portfolios with peripheral indications

    • Develop global launch strategies, scientific activities, and marketing materials
    • Build compelling business cases for new products and market expansion
    • Support pricing, positioning, and forecasting decisions in partnership with regional marketing partners

  • Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with global and regional marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, and other cross‑functional partners to support business needs and drive alignment of priorities across the vascular closure and peripheral portfolio
