Material Handler
Position Summary
Reporting to the Sr Materials Manager, the Inventory Receiving Clerk partners with the Supply Chain team and Operations staff to ensure Circuit Check’s commitment to increasing customer shipped quality while decreasing overall test costs. This position is classified as non‑exempt.
What You’ll Be Doing- Maintain accurate inventory receipt activities and record inventory locations.
- Perform cycle counts, replenishments, and location audits; record counts in ERP and seek recount verification/authorizations.
- Assist in picking material for production shop orders.
- Determine root cause of inventory discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
- Act as a backup to the shipping function for fulfillment of customer orders.

- Process receipt of incoming materials, checking quantities against packing list and ERP system requirements for accuracy.
- Count material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and record the results in the ERP system.
- Audit historical transactions of material movements to identify, calculate, and propose possible causes for variances.
- Move inventory into correct locations and pick materials for production shop orders.
- Visually inspect items for damage and compare packing list against purchase order to alert the assigned Buyer of any discrepancies.
- Perform packing, crating, and shipping of product, including domestic and international locations.
High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 months of related experience with ERP systems within an ISO
9001 environment.
- Maintain a full‑time schedule.
- Work primarily in a traditional office environment.
- Sit for extended periods; lift, reach, bend, stoop, twist as required.
- Use office computer extensively.
- Limited exposure to manufacturing area with dirt, dust, noise, chemicals, fumes.

Salary range: $18–$23 per hour, based on qualifications. Circuit Check is a federal contractor and participates in the E‑Verify program where required by law.
