What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you'll help improve manufacturing processes, support equipment validation, troubleshoot production challenges, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure our products are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Support manufacturing process development, equipment optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute equipment and process validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
  • Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, process transfers, and manufacturing startup activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment issues.
  • Support new product introductions by helping prepare manufacturing processes, documentation, and production readiness.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements that increase quality and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, validation protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in risk assessments, change control activities, and audit preparation to support regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with global teams on engineering projects that improve manufacturing performance across multiple locations.
  • Travel up to 50% to manufacturing facilities, service centers, suppliers, and customer locations to support engineering projects and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
  • Experience supporting equipment and process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ).
  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and production processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, or process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments such as ISO, GMP, or GDP.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, maintenance, or operations teams.
  • Familiarity with equipment commissioning, process transfers, and change control.
  • Experience with temperature-controlled packaging or cold chain products.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, FMEA, or structured problem‑solving tools.
