Why You'll Love This Opportunity:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday, paying $22-$23/hour
• Overtime available and encouraged (but not mandatory).

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Solder Technician, you'll play a crucial role in producing high-quality components and assemblies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing class III hand soldering for Through Hole, SMT, or Flex products using a scope.
• Preparing wires (cutting, stripping, twisting, and tinning) and soldering components to printed wiring boards (PWBs), connectors, and assemblies.
• Cleaning parts and placing components during production using in-line cleaning, hand cleaning, or vapor degreasing methods.
• Operating soldering equipment such as solder wave, selective solder, and surface mount equipment.
• Using hand tools, soldering irons, and measuring devices to fabricate and rework parts, components, and subassemblies.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (manufacturing experience with microscope soldering preferred).
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards (certifications are a bonus).
• Ability to pass J-STD-001
• IPC-A-610 certification or the ability to pass training (required for this role)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and verbal/written instructions in English.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
