Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Laser Operators for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality sheet metal components while supporting efficient production operations in a safety-focused environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern CNC laser cutting equipment and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Fabrication teams to deliver quality products on time.

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce sheet metal parts
• Load and unload metal materials safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to verify quality and dimensional specifications
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Maintain accurate production records and support workflow productivity
• Perform basic machine maintenance, daily equipment checks, and housekeeping duties

• Previous CNC laser operation or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality inspections
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
• Ability to work effectively with team members and meet production deadlines
