1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM-1:30 PM

Help Develop the Next Generation of Medical Devices

Are you experienced in medical assembly and looking for something beyond production work? This role offers the opportunity to work in an R&D environment building innovative catheter products that help create the future of medical technology.

You'll work with cutting-edge equipment, build prototype and short-run products, and play a key role in bringing new medical devices to life.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble catheters and medical device components in a clean room environment
  • Work under a microscope performing detailed assembly and inspection
  • Build prototype and short-run products for R&D projects
  • Use small hand tools and precision assembly equipment
  • Operate braiding, laser, and extrusion equipment
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks
  • Package and label finished products
  • Complete production and quality documentation
  • Follow clean room, safety, and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of medical device assembly experience
  • Catheter assembly experience preferred
  • Experience working under a microscope
  • Ability to perform detailed small-part assembly
  • Experience with visual inspections and documentation
  • Ability to read blueprints or work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
