Pilgrim’s is seeking a night-shift team member in Minnesota to back up finishing operations and handle loading/unloading of birds. The role requires attention to animal welfare standards, safety, and teamwork in a dusty, hot environment.
Education of a high school diploma is preferred; forklift experience is a plus. Benefits begin after 60 days, with PTO, 401(k), and shift differential included in base pay of about $23+/hour.
