Position SummaryThe Sr. Coronary Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the North America commercial marketing strategy and execution for products within the Teleflex Interventional Coronary portfolio. This role leads and develops a team of marketing professionals responsible for translating customer, clinical, competitive, and market insights into actionable strategies that drive portfolio growth, product adoption, and market development.
This position provides strategic direction across commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product launches, lifecycle management, positioning, sales enablement, and customer engagement while ensuring effective execution with cross-functional partners. This position serves as a key commercial leader within the Interventional business, partners closely with Sales and cross-functional leadership, and contributes to the development of the annual North America portfolio marketing plan and broader Coronary business strategy.
- Lead, develop, coach, and manage a team of five marketing professionals, establishing clear objectives, priorities, accountability, and performance expectations while building individual capabilities and supporting career development.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the development and execution of North America commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) strategies across assigned Coronary products, portfolio segments, and strategic initiatives.
- Establish team priorities and allocate resources across products, launches, market-development programs, and other commercial initiatives based on business impact and strategic importance.
- Lead development of market segmentation, customer targeting, positioning, messaging, value propositions, pricing strategies, and adoption strategies based on customer insights, market dynamics, and business priorities.
- Serve as a commercial and market subject matter expert for the Coronary portfolio, maintaining a strong understanding of products, procedures, clinical applications, competitive technologies, treatment trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Partner closely with North America Sales leadership to develop and execute sales enablement and field activation strategies, including training, competitive selling tools, objection handling, customer targeting, account strategies, and product adoption initiatives.
- Ensure the marketing team maintains a strong field and customer presence through customer visits, field travel, physician meetings, advisory boards, industry conferences, and other market-facing activities.
- Partner with Global/Upstream Marketing to represent North America customer and market requirements and provide commercial input into portfolio strategy, product development, evidence-generation priorities, lifecycle planning, and future innovation.
- Build a high-performing marketing organization by establishing consistent processes, expectations, operating rhythms, and standards for strategic planning and commercial execution.
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve marketing processes, commercial capabilities, organizational effectiveness, and speed of execution.
