Internal Communications Manager

Gradian is an engineering-led, full-line thermal solutions partner serving data center and other mission-critical, commercial, and industrial markets. Headquartered in Maple Grove, MN, with additional facilities across North America, we design and manufacture liquid cooling systems, air handling equipment, heat rejection units, and modular, factory-assembled thermal management solutions.

Gradian was founded through the unification of four complementary, established brands: MAS HVAC, Daedex, DeepCoolAI, and Eco Chillers. Together, we act as a single-source provider, deploying cooling technologies as scalable systems optimized for efficiency, spatial constraints, and overall performance. Position Summary:

Lead internal communications during rapid growth, integration of three companies, and large-scale hiring. Develop communication strategies, launch the intranet, support executive communications, manage change messaging, and establish scalable communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop enterprise communication strategy and governance.
· Launch and manage company intranet.
· Create executive communications, town halls, FAQs, and announcements.
· Support policy, benefits, organizational and change communications.
· Build onboarding communication experiences.
· Deliver messages across email, Teams, video, newsletters, and manager toolkits.
· Measure communication effectiveness and engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years in internal communications, employee experience, change management, or related field.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related field.

Exceptional written communication skills.

Experience supporting executives and high-growth organizations.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Success Measures:

Intranet launched and adopted.

Communication cadence established.

Consistent executive messaging process implemented.
