As a NICU RN, you'll provide holistic care to neonates and their families, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice are met.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Developing and revising care plans, coordinating care among disciplines, and delegating activities as appropriate
• Participating in shared accountability and decision-making for nursing practices
• Providing remarkable customer care and promoting an optimal environment of care

Requirements for this position include:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• 1 year of travel experience
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
• NRP certification
• Experience with newborn populations and Level III NICU
• Epic experience
