Travel RN - Emergency Room; ER

We're looking for Emergency Room RNs for an immediate travel nurse opening in Bagley, MN. The right RN should have 1-2 years recent acute care experience. Read below for more requirements.

• Evaluate, triage, and implement care using correct procedures and physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical operations.
• Advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries.
• Plan long‑term care needs.
• Document medical history, check for allergies, obtain vital signs, and monitor patients' emotional and physical well‑being.
• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.

ER Travel Nurses should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean and stoop without difficulty. They should be able to lift 20 pounds frequently, and may need to lift up to 50 pounds y must possess good stress‑coping skills and be able to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds.

ACLS, BLS, PALS, 2 years recent acute care experience. Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
