Fairview Health Services seeks an LPN to join the Surgical Specialties team in Maple Grove, MN. This 0.8 FTE position amounts to 64 hours every two weeks, with benefits eligibility. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
The LPN performs delegated nursing duties, data collection, and care delivery under the supervision of an RN or physician, collaborating with the healthcare team while following policies and nursing guidelines.
