Fairview Health Services in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Urology care team. This casual/on-call position is 0.01 FTE per two-week pay period with benefits-eligible status.
Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. The nurse will follow the patient’s plan of care, prioritize based on acuity, collaborate with RN/physician, perform required procedures, document care, and communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care and
