As our Pre-Op/PACU Charge Nurse, you'll provide clinical leadership while helping ensure efficient patient flow, outstanding patient outcomes, and a supportive environment for our nursing team.

• Lead the daily operations of the Pre-Op and PACU departments
• Coordinate staffing and patient flow for smooth, on-time surgical schedules
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, anesthesia providers, and surgeons
• Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and support a collaborative, high-performing team

• 3-5+ years of Pre-Op and/or PACU experience
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• ASC or multispecialty perioperative experience is a plus
