Voyage Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse (
RN) Supervisor to lead key clinical support departments. The role plays a key leadership role in coordinating daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. • Salary Range for this position is $79,000 - $96,000 per year,
  based on years of relevant experience.

• Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the Patient Call Center, ACC, and Clinical Support RN departments
• Recommend, hire, orient, and train staff
• Evaluate staff performance in conjunction with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations
• Ensure clinic compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations
• Implement, plan, and evaluate educational information with the assistance of the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing Operations

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Current Minnesota RN license, maintained as required by state law
• 1+ years of supervisor experience required
• Experience with telephone triage and/or anticoagulation principles beneficial but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical policies, and procedures
