Job Title:CNA – End-of-Life Care with Compassion and Flexibility
Compensation:$19 – $25/hour DOE
Benefits:Full Package Available for Full-Time Staff
Location:21-County Twin Cities Service Area
About the Role:Being a hospice CNA means you bring peace when it’s needed most. At Superior Hospice, we’re building a care team rooted in empathy, clinical quality, and trust. You’ll be supported, respected, and empowered to deliver the kind of care families remember.
Core Responsibilities:- ADL support, grooming, and mobility care
- Medication assistance as directed
- Observation and reporting of vital signs
- Emotional and relational support
- Team collaboration and care plan follow-through
- Cleanliness and safety for each patient environment
- CNA licensed in Minnesota
- Hospice, palliative, or oncology experience required
- Flexible, dependable, and emotionally resilient
- Driver’s license and transportation required
