• Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Assist in landscape / Irrigation installations.
• Maintain and operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized after each service.
• Communicate with clients to address their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required. (We will train)
• Knowledge of turf management and horticulture practices.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment and tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
