We are seeking a full-time credentialed veterinary technician to be a key member of our growing team. As an LVT at Maple Grove Pet Hospital, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and building strong client relationships. The clinic features cutting-edge equipment, anesthesia monitoring, digital radiography, and a fully equipped laboratory.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal patient care and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with clients , patients and team members.
  • Work closely with the veterinarians to provide advanced medical and surgical nursing care.
  • Conduct thorough client communication and education.
  • Perform in-hospital and outpatient treatments.
  • Monitor anesthesia during procedures, ensuring patient safety.
  • Handle all lab work, x-rays, and assist in surgical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Utilize expertise in nutrition, surgery, wellness/preventive care, and dental procedures.
  • Contribute to the overall wellbeing of our patients through attentive and personalized care.
Requirements
  • Licensed as a Veterinary Technician (LVT) with 2 years experience minimum.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a new clinic environment.
  • Proficiency in animal restraint, IV catheter placement, blood draws, and anesthetic monitoring.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and effective communication.
