Supplier Quality Engineer

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Pay Rate: Up to $56.00/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to support supplier quality improvement, validation, and change management initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an engineer with strong problem-solving skills, manufacturing experience, and a background in quality systems and process validation.

Key Responsibilities

Review and improve supplier process risk assessments, including PFMEA documentation.
Support validation activities, including process, inspection, and quality-related validations.
Lead change management efforts to address identified process and documentation gaps.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
Analyze data and utilize problem-solving methodologies to improve product quality and process performance.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
2+ years of manufacturing, quality, supplier quality, process engineering, or validation experience.
Experience with change management, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 15% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications

Supplier quality or supply chain experience.
Medical device, highly regulated manufacturing, or quality systems experience.
Experience with IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, Six Sigma, statistical analysis, or process validation methodologies.
