Pay Rate: $39/hour

Are you a hands-on scientist with experience in laboratory testing, data analysis, and medical device development? We are seeking a Scientist to support research, testing, and method development activities in a fast-paced medical device environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while building your expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and laboratory operations.

Responsibilities
  • Execute laboratory experiments, testing protocols, and research activities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document scientific data using established procedures.
  • Assist with test method development and process improvements.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and laboratory documentation.
  • Support Design of Experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Maintain accurate lab notebooks, records, and inventory control documentation.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and support qualification activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with quality system requirements, safety procedures, and laboratory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum 2 years of medical device industry experience.
  • Experience with laboratory testing, data analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Minitab, DOE, or test method development is preferred.
