Position: Prep Cooks

Description: Prepare high-quality food that reflects Nelson Bros. Restaurant’s commitment to exceptional preparation and presentation. Support daily kitchen operations by cooking, cleaning, stocking, rotating product, prepping ingredients, and maintaining workstations to keep the kitchen running efficiently. We offer full and part-time positions with starting pay of $15/hour.

• Prepare all food within established time standards
• Follow recipes and use proper portion sizes, ingredients, and presentation
• Maintain all food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist other cooks and support other kitchen areas as needed
• Keep the line clean, stocked, and properly rotated
• Help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
• Follow all safety rules, company policies, and scheduling requirements
