Responsibilities

  • Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations.
  • Support the Store Manager in setting clear performance expectations and train staff in sales, customer service, and operations.
  • Model company values, coach staff, and communicate priorities to maximize business opportunities.
  • Assist in recruiting staff, fostering an inclusive environment and contributing to diversity.
  • Help achieve store business plans, develop game plans, and follow up on execution to maximize sales and performance.
  • Present opportunities with fact‑based information, leveraging data and store reports for decision‑making.
  • Participate in business outreach and communicate leads to Store Manager, Multi‑Unit Manager, and Business Outreach team.
  • Identify performance opportunities and help develop plans to address and manage issues.
  • Ensure store schedule accuracy, proper staffing, and excellent sales coverage.
  • Assist in training staff on internal operational functions and stay informed on corporate communications.
  • Implement store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
  • Maintain an engaged and inclusive store environment, supporting learning and development.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to keep team updated with company directives.
  • Help staff deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve high Net Promoter Scores.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with Manager to ensure visual brand standards and marketing initiatives are executed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
  • Creative, good judgment, and tuned‑into the pulse of the business.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, strategic thinker.
  • Proven ability to train and develop high‑performing store teams.
  • Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
  • Computing and POS System skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and differentiate fabric patterns and colors.
  • Willingness to work between multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands.
Compensation

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.00. Base pay is determined by skills, background, experience, and market location, and may be subject to prevailing wage laws.
