As a Team Lead for Retail Merchandising, your role will be instrumental in providing essential merchandising support to retailers. You will be responsible for creating eye‑catching displays, organizing shelf resets, and managing inventory to maximize sales opportunities. • Able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience in leadership and training roles
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for work documentation
• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
• A self‑motivated individual with a strong drive for action and results
• Capable of working independently while fostering team collaboration
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment
