Provide member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Secure items until Members arrive and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and improve processes;
Adhere to company policies and embody Walmart values including respect, integrity, and service to customers.
