Position Overview

Temporary, Part‑time Sales Associate – Retail Store opening this summer at The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove, MN.

Base pay: $16.00 per hour.

• Engage customers:
  Approach and assist multiple customers, providing personal and genuine service interactions.
• Drive sales:

• Advocate for customers:

  Use POS, customer systems, and mobile devices to provide seamless, fast omni‑channel service.
• Promote initiatives:
  Drive excitement around L.L.Bean sponsored programs, including Outdoor Discovery School and the L.L.Bean Mastercard program.
• Maintain standards:
  Keep the store well organized, uphold visual and merchandising standards, and support store operations processes.
• Collaborate:
  Work as part of a team to achieve results, create a positive work environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Maintain health & safety:
  Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by following all safety policies and procedures.

• Stand, walk, talk or hear during shift; use headset; occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps.
• Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, fingers.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift 1 to 20 pounds.
• Occasionally move and lift objects up to 40 pounds (using team lift if needed).
